Ethics of scientific publications
The journal and publisher strictly adhere to the norms of publication ethics and reserve the right to cancel publication, including after sending a positive decision to the author, if serious scientific problems or violations of editorial policies are identified. In such cases, already published materials may be withdrawn following a comprehensive review.
Publication ethics requirements are mandatory for all participants in the editorial and publishing process—authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers. The editorial board ensures compliance with these requirements, relying on international guidelines developed by professional organizations, associations, and publishing houses.
Main responsibilities of the publisher
- Ensures the autonomy of the editor-in-chief's decisions; excludes pressure from advertisers, sponsors, and founders.

- Maintains a reliable editorial platform, personal data protection (including compliance with data protection requirements), and backup.

- Guarantees digital archiving of issues and metadata; stability of DOI/identifiers.

- Publishes information about fees and payments, sources of funding; eliminates "hidden" payments.

- Select independent experts, monitor the quality and timeliness of reviews; update the reviewer database.

- Do not discuss the manuscript outside the process; do not use unpublished data for personal gain.

- Confirm willingness and meet deadlines; if unable to do so, promptly notify the editorial office.

- Provide verifiable, specific, and reproducible comments; distinguish between "mandatory" and "recommended" edits; maintain a respectful tone.

- Inform the editorial office of any signs of plagiarism, duplication, fabrication/falsification, incorrect processing of images/data, or unethical research.

Main responsibilities of authors

The journal does not consider the following forms of use of the work as prior publication: publication in the form of an abstract, publication in the form of an academic dissertation, publication in the form of an electronic preprint. However, the use of materials from an academic dissertation is limited to the number of authors specified in the manuscript.

- Only persons who meet the criteria for authorship (substantial contribution, participation in writing/editing, approval of the final version, responsibility for the content) are indicated; contributions (CRediT) are described and the consent of all authors is confirmed.

- Fully disclose sources of funding, sponsorship relationships, affiliations, conflicts of interest, and the sponsor's role in the design/analysis/preparation of the article.

- Provide ethical committee approvals and informed consent (humans), animal welfare compliance, clinical trial registration (if applicable).

- Ensure reasonable access to data/materials/code; add a "Data Accessibility" section.
