Articles in accordance with the rules for authors can be submitted via the “PERSONAL PORTFOLIO” service:
Registration for the “Personal Portfolio” service
User guide for the “Personal Portfolio” service
Open the “Personal Portfolio” service
Works submitted via the PERSONAL PORTFOLIO service are reviewed first.
Interaction with the editorial office via the “Personal Portfolio” service allows you to submit articles to the editorial office online, add, edit, and correct materials, quickly receive and respond to requests from the editorial office, and track the stages of the article's progress through the editorial office in real time. The author will receive an additional automatic email notification about all changes made as a result of reviewing an article submitted through the “Personal Portfolio” service.
The editorial office kindly requests that articles submitted via the “Personal Portfolio” service not be sent additionally by email. In this case, the review period will be extended (time is required to identify and delete copies).
