ESTIMATION OF THE CONDITION OF PATHOLOGICAL PROCESS ON FUNCTIONAL SHIFTS

Between the status of the certain pathological process and a condition of an organism constantly during self-organizational adaptation to external (including, therapeutic) to influences become more active certain "conditionally and certainly fixed" during evolution and ability to live feedback of transfer of the operating signal, reflected in changes of parities between sizes of registered parameters. It is proved, that pathological or functional conditions differ with correlation communications between information characteristics of physiological systems of an organism of various biological quality and hierarchical subordination (Zavyalov´s А.В opening., 1964). This distinction is observed as in topological aspect (one communications disappear, others appear), and information-dynamic. Vary: The degree of influence, its direction, character - linear or nonlinear, determined or chaotic, discrete or analog, with delay or without, pair or plural, etc. Thus, arises an opportunity of an estimation of weight of illness by the analysis of system existential shifts occuring in an organism. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical researches and own practical experience the following approach for the analysis of system shifts by means of the developed Parameter of Functional Shifts (PFS) - the formula (1) is offered.

where Xi - value of the characteristic i, Xi, norm, and σi,norm - modal value and root-mean-square deviation X in a base class, and αi - a degree of the importance of the characteristic (it is defined expert by, experimentally or by means of the device of artificial neural networks). Apparently, ПФС quantitatively characterizes "deviation" of matrixes of connectivity from some normative condition. Technology of its application following. The mentioned correlation shifts, certainly, are reflected by distinctions between structures and parameters of models - approximationer (in the elementary case - algebraic). Having carried out transition from initial factorial space to virtual - considering as Xi values of a square of a relative deviation of the "true" (registered) value of characteristic i from calculated on the models identified at a grade level, we apply the formula (1). For experimental check of efficiency of application PFS of a technique during pilot research following groups of patients (the diagnosis is confirmed clinically) have been investigated: healthy, sick of chronically active hepatites, chronically progressing hepatites, a cirrhosis of a liver. As parameters results of the biochemical analysis of blood were considered. Results are presented in the Table.

The analysis of the lead researches allows to draw following conclusions: 1. The offered parameter of functional shifts in " space of functioning of system " allows to divide various statuses of pathological process precisely enough; 2. The offered method of calculation of values PFS is not connected with hierarchy of the system organization of various functions, - hence, it for invariancyes concerning a hierarchical level of analyzed system, and allows to pass logically from symptomatic and синдромальной concepts to системообразующей - qualitatively new level of diagnostics of a modern paradigm of medicine. 3. The analysis of the received models of functional communications between parameters of biochemistry of blood has allowed to put forward following hypotheses which acknowledgement demands the further researches. 1. At a healthy organism the attitude of speeds of changes of the maintenance in blood of enzymes of nuclear heating plant and АLT in direct ratio to the maintenance of cholesterol. 2. At a healthy organism speed of changes of attitudes of the maintenance in blood of enzymes of nuclear heating plant and АLT in direct ratio speeds of change of the maintenance of cholesterol. 3. In case of a cirrhosis of a liver speed of changes of maintenances of nuclear heating plant and АLT - inversely proportional speeds of change of concentration of cholesterol. 4. In case of a cirrhosis of a liver - the attitude of speeds of change of maintenances in blood of enzymes of nuclear heating plant and АLT in inverse proportion to product of the maintenance of cholesterol on a root square from maintenance АLT. Generalization of the put forward hypotheses allows to assume existence of the following phenomenon - " Development of pathological processes in a liver causes change of interference of the maintenance in blood of cholesterol and the attitude of speeds of change of maintenances in blood of enzymes of nuclear heating plant and АЛТ with directly proportional (in a healthy organism) on back-proportional (at sick of a cirrhosis) ".
