For many years in various countries around the world , studies the possibility of creating an unmanned aerial vehicle with the power plant running on solar energy to perform time-altitude flights. Such a device can be an alternative to artificial earth satellites ( satellites ) and manned aircraft in the performance of tasks for the benefit of monitoring meteorological, ecological, environmental , agricultural , etc. structures.
