NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM AS A BASIS OF ECONOMY OF QUALITY OF LIVE

The economic aspect plays a big role in shaping the quality of life. That is why economic growth is one of the priority directions of development of any country. Time has shown that the highest quality of life is achieved in those countries that can provide innovative development of the national economy. In this paper the authors examine and give a detailed description of the main factors for the well-being of the country, indicate the basic conditions that shape society’s ability to develop new production technologies and social innovation, highlighting the important stages of innovative breakthroughs that mankind experienced during evolution. The focus is on justifying the need for the formation of a national innovation strategy, the definition of the current weaknesses in the implementation of the issue. A mechanism in the implementation of national innovation strategy, outlines the main directions of innovative development of the country is offered. Essential role of the state in these processes is justified.
