Настоящая статья посвящена предпринимаемым в настоящее время усилиям стран БРИКС по изменению архитектуры мировой финансовой системы. Институционными основами современной мировой финансовой системы являются Международный валютный фонд и Всемирный банк. Подавляющая часть всех международных расчетов осуществляется в резервных валютах, которыми являются валюты развитых стран и прежде всего доллар США. В связи с этим ключевая роль в современной мировой финансовой системе принадлежит Федеральной резервной системе США. Все международные финансовые организации находятся под контролем развитых стран и являются инструментами их политики. Попытки реформирования МВФ и Всемирного банка ни к чему не привели. В статье рассмотрены конкретные шаги стран БРИКС по изменению существующего положения вещей. Прежде всего, речь идет о создании новых международных финансовых институтов и переводу международных расчетов на национальные валюты.

This article is devoted to the undertaken efforts currently the BRICS countries to change the architecture of the global financial system. Institutional framework for the modern global financial system are the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The overwhelming majority of all the international payments made in reserve currencies, which are the currencies of the developed countries, primarily the US dollar. In this regard, the key role in the modern global financial system owned by the US Federal Reserve. All international financial institutions are controlled by the developed countries and are the instruments of their policies. Attempts to reform the IMF and the World Bank came to nothing lead. The article discusses the specific steps of the BRICS to change the status quo.
