В статье рассматриваются вопросы комплексной оценки эффективности коммерческого банка на основе методов оболочечного анализа, предлагаются методы оценки отдельных аспектов функционирования банков. Предложенные в статье модели позволяют оценить влияние на эффективность переменных, характеризующих риск и внешние факторы. На основании предварительных уравнений полная мера эффективности разложена на меры эффективности, скорректированные риском и окружающей средой, эффектом внешних факторов, эффектом риска и эффектом масштаба. Для оценки величины мета - эффективности применим метод наибольшего правдоподобия. Таким образом может быть получен суммарный результат влияния на эффективность банков группы факторов и величина мета - эффективности для каждого из банков выборки. Статья представляет собой оригинальное научное исследование мета-эффективности деятельности коммерческого банка. Оболочечный анализ позволяет получить легко интерпретируемую визуализацию данных и определить направление для поиска улучшений в функционировании банка.

The article deals with the comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of a commercial bank based on the methods of shell analysis, the proposed methods for evaluating certain aspects of the functioning of banks. The proposed models allow the article to assess the impact on the effectiveness of the variables that characterize the risks and external factors. Based on preliminary equations of the full measure of the effectiveness of measures factored into the efficiency-adjusted risk and the environment, the effect of external factors, the effect of risk and economies of scale. To estimate the value of meta - the effectiveness of the method of maximum likelihood is applicable. Thus can be obtained by the total result of the influence on the efficiency of banks in the group of factors and the value of meta - the effectiveness of each of the banks in the sample. The article presents an original scientific study of meta-performance of a commercial bank. Envelope analysis allows to obtain easily interpretable visualization of the data and determine the direction to search for improvements in the functioning of the bank.
