Editorial independence

The journal adheres to the principles of editorial independence and intellectual freedom. All decisions regarding review, acceptance, rejection, and publication are made exclusively by the editorial team based on the scientific significance of the work, the correctness of the methodology, relevance to the subject matter, and compliance with ethics. Interference by commercial entities, sponsors, founders, advertisers, or other interested parties in the editorial process is not permitted.

The journal uses double-blind peer review: the identities of authors and reviewers are not disclosed; reviewers are selected based on their competence and independence. The affiliation, nationality, and personal connections of authors do not influence the evaluation of manuscripts; discrimination is excluded. Requests for "preferred citations" and any form of external pressure (including attempts to influence the selection of reviewers or editorial decisions) are rejected and recorded.

Editorial processes are organized within a formal structure: editor-in-chief, editorial board, reviewers, and, if necessary, an ethics committee. Editors disclose potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves. The quality of reviews and decisions is subject to selective audit, and the key reasons for decisions are documented in the editorial system.

Financial conditions are separate from scientific evaluation. The existence of fees does not influence decisions. Advertising and sponsored materials are clearly marked and are not linked to the review process.

Compliance with the principle of editorial independence is mandatory for all participants in the process. Any deviation is considered a violation of editorial integrity and may result in corrective measures, including revision of the decision, change in the composition of the editorial board, publication of corrections, or other actions to maintain the trust of the scientific community.
